Since many of us have either been workin’ on our fitness from home or emotional-eating our way through the fridge (guilty…) the past few weeks, we thought we would give you a bit of advice on finding your gown for your bod and loving who you are!

You’re either super excited about how that white gown is going to look on you or slightly (ok, totally) discouraged and doubt anything will look that good on you without intermittent fasting, working out two times a day, and shapewear.
We totally support feeling your best and living a healthy lifestyle! A wedding is an amazing opportunity to set goals and make a lifestyle change for the better. However, a lot of brides sometimes put too much pressure on themselves to fit into a dress five times smaller than they fit into now or are hard on themselves when they don’t look exactly like the model in their dream gown. We recommend you stop comparing yourself to others and find the gown that makes you feel stunning just as you are today! If you are determined to lose the weight or tone up, we suggest you order your gown at the size you are measuring on the day you choose your gown so that there is no pressure in case you don’t get where you imagined. It’s so much easier to take in your gown in tailoring than letting out.
